What we’re doing here is going much deeper into the how-to techniques you can use to master each of these six skills. For Part Four I’ve put together a training video on how to use sound to last longer in bed.

PS…I mentioned on the Energy Sexuality Insider YouTube channel that I’d give some other tips on lasting for 45 minutes on this blog. Here they are:

Number One: Close your eyes when you find yourself getting excited. Men are visual creatures. Seeing all that naked flesh writhing beneath or on top of you is a turn on. Turn your excitement level down a notch just by closing your eyes and focusing your attention on what’s going on inside your body. As you let a breath out (or if you follow the advice in the video and make a sound like, “Ahhhhhhhhh” when you breath out), feel your body relax. When you’ve gotten back into your body and feel confident that you’re in control you can open your eyes again.

 

Number Two: While our goal is to last for 45 minutes of continuous intercourse, when we’re training sometimes it’s best to simply pull out and do something else (like vaginal massage or cunnilingus). Try to make the transition as smooth as possible, but it’s often best to say something like, “Wow, babe, you are too sexy…I’m taking a break, because I’m training to last for 45 minutes for you.”
