What we’re doing is going much deeper into the how-to techniques you can use to master each of these six skills. For Part Three I’ve put together a training video that reviews our program up to now, and then gives four techniques on learning how to relax before and during intercourse.

In Part One and Two we covered:

  • Using the stop / start technique
  • Setting your intention to last 45 minutes
  • How to use visualizations
  • How to use breathing to bring energy from your erection up to your brain, allowing your erection to soften somewhat

In Part Three we tell about how to use an audio recording of your intension to program your subconscious mind at the gym, in the car and throughout the day. And then we talk about:

  • Yoga
  • Meditation
  • Pelvic floor massage
  • An NLP technique called The Circle of Excellence that allows you to relax during sex simply by doing something like touching your thumb to your index finger (very cool!)
