What we’re doing  is going much deeper into the how-to techniques you can use to master each of these six skills to last longer in bed. For Part Two I’ve put together a training video on how to use breathing to bring energy from a man’s genitals up into his body. This technique takes energy away from his erection, allowing him to last longer.

I also talk about a “grinding” or “screwing” technique to use with the breathing to help you get to the 45 minute mark. Here’s the video:

So, our program so far:

  • Practicing the stop/start technique.
  • Setting an intention with affirmations.
  • Visualizing yourself lasting 45 minutes.
  • Breathing energy from your penis and testicles up the back of your spine to your third eye.
  • Contracting your PC muscles as you pull the energy up.
  • Using ,  a “grinding” rather than thrusting motion.
