Today I want to finish the instructions for women on enjoying uterine orgasms. I’m re-printing the last post in blue (as it was published so long ago) so you’ll have all the info. you need to start having these orgasms, which in the Taoist tradition are seen as “full body” experiences.

 

One of the coolest (for lack of a more imaginative word) things about Taoist sexual practices for women is they allow women to take control of their sexual energy to a far greater extent than Tantric practices.

In Tantra, the emphasis is on the woman opening herself up to pleasure. Becoming more and more open, like a fire burning out of control. It’s a simplification, but the man’s role is to contain and direct the fire, or sexual energy. For example, in the midst of lovemaking, if a man sees that his lover is holding tension in her shoulders as she’s building toward an orgasm, he might gently touch her shoulders and say, “Relax here,” so that his lover’s shoulders drop down toward the bed. This would allow sexual energy to flow through the woman’s body more easily. She becomes more open.

In Taoist practices, instead of surrendering and opening, women train to draw their orgasmic energy up into their bodies, where is can be used to get healthier. Just as a man brings his sexual energy up, rather than squirting it out through an ejaculation, with practice women bring their energy up, too (even while having squirting g-spot ejaculations).

Once a woman can re-direct her orgasmic energy up into her body, she’s ready to experience uterine orgasms.

Unlike cervical orgasms, which can be achieved if a woman is open and relaxed and her lover knows a good technique for massaging her cervix, uterine orgasms require a woman to train her body.

Here’s Master Chia’s technique for achieving uterine orgasms:

First, women should practice contracting their uterus’ (if they’ve had hysterectomies, they contract the muscles around where their uterus’ once were).

“The woman should first massage her nipples, because there’s a direct connection between the breasts and the uterus,” said Master Chia. “When women are nursing they often feel sexual arousal. This sexual arousal can be increased many times so that they feel the sexual energy. A woman should rub the nipple of her left breast with her left hand making clockwise circles, and use her right hand to massage the nipple of her right breast, making counterclockwise circles.

She should keep rubbing her nipples until she feels arousal in her uterus and vagina. Once she feels the arousal, she should focus on it and multiply it. She does this by focusing her attention there, and she can also rub her clitoris to make the arousal stronger.

“Once she has multiplied the arousal so she’s really feeling it, she should breath in and contract her vaginal muscles, her pc muscles and her anus, and concentrate on drawing the energy up her spine to her brain. It takes practice, but if a woman does this

every day, spending 20 minutes each day breathing the energy up, within 6 months or so she will start to feel the energy moving up into her brain and causing the beginnings of an orgasm there,” said Chia.

Master Chia says that once a woman can take her sexual arousal and move it up into her brain by contracting the correct muscles and using her breath, she can then start to train herself to have uterine orgasms.

So, if you’d like to begin training: Sit comfortably on the edge of a chair, feet resting on the floor. Begin massaging your nipples as outlined above, until you feel sexual arousal in your uterus. Multiply this arousal by continuing to rub your nipples, or begin to rub your clitoris. Once you feel the arousal “down there,” take a deep breath in as you clench the muscles of your anus, your pc muscles and the interior muscles of your vagina, and breath the aroused sexual energy up your spine to your brain, feeling the arousal in your head. Do nine reputations of this exercise.

Afterwards, take a tenth breath, but this time instead of leaving the energy in your brain, place your tongue on the roof of your mouth and as you exhale, imagine the energy flowing from your brain, down through your tongue, and then down into your lower Tan Tein, located at your belly button. Imagine a fist-sized ball of energy at your belly button. To close the practice, put your right hand over your belly button, your left hand over your right, and rub your hands in a clockwise direction 36 times while with your eyes closed gazing down at the spot and imagining a beautiful ball of glowing energy there.

While it’s best to train yourself as outlined in the last post, some women will be able to experience uterine orgasms if they are with a partner who knows what he’s doing. The Taoist say the man must first pleasure a woman’s clitoris until she has an orgasm, then pleasure her g-spot until she has a g-spot orgasm. Only after this will the woman be ready for a uterine orgasm.

So, let’s say you as a woman have been training yourself to move your sexual energy up your spine, as outlined above. Then your lover has given you both clitoral and g-spot orgasms. To experience a uterine orgasm:

Squat over your lover’s erect penis while he lays on his back. Guide his penis into your vagina. As you do, his penis should slide naturally behind your uterus (between its back wall and your spine). Now, contract your uterus and other muscles “down there,” as previously described as you raise and lower yourself on your lover’s penis.

As your excitement builds and you start to feel your uterus and other muscles contract, breath the sexual energy up to your head and then hold your breath. You should feel the energy in your head, expanding. As you continue to practice, the orgasmic energy will spread throughout your whole body.

It should be noted that some women will be able to feel the effects of a uterine orgasm with very little practice. And, unlike learning to play the guitar or walking a slack line, this kind of practice is fun. Remember, have your lover give you both clitoral and g-spot orgasms before squatting on his erection…let me know if you have any questions on the technique.
